Valerie Young
Valerie Young hails from Montana. After receiving her degree from Montana State in Business Management, she moved to Seattle WA.
In 1991 she began her telecom career as a sales secretary and receptionist for a telecom company that installed telephone systems for businesses and structured cabling. She has had positions in accounting, service department, system installation and customer training. All this experience served her well when starting her own business with her brother Jim and their long-time friend Rick Johnson in 2001.
She loves finding solutions for her customers and implementing them in an easy and seamless manner. She works one on one with her customers for system design, implementation and ongoing support.
When not working Valerie loves spending time walking her dog Sophie with her other dog friends, hanging with her niece and nephew, snowmobiling and networking events with other professionals.
Jim Young
Jim Young also hails from Montana. He followed his sister out to Seattle after serving in the United States Navy. He went to work shortly after moving to Seattle for the same company as Valerie in 1992.
Jim has been a field of service tech for his whole career in telecommunications. His vast knowledge of phone systems and wiring infrastructure has served his customers well.
When not helping his customers, he enjoys spending time with his two children, camping, hiking, and snowmobiling. He also loves making music with his friends in a small rock band.
Rick Johnson
Rick Johnson is a native to WA, growing up in Hoquiam. After high school, Rick served his country in the Nation Guard.
After his service to his country, he attended Clover Park Vocational institute for telecommunications. Since his graduation he started his career in telecommunications working as a telephone technician and structured cabling tech.
When not working, Rick loves spending time with his dog Bo, camping with friends and family, and snowmobiling.
